Yay!

I'm happy to see that there is already a knitting community here :)

My current project is a Little Cable Hoodie for my daughter. It's not the most exciting thing I've ever knit but it's going to be quite cute when it's done. Before that I finished Clapotis, which I just ADORE. I'm already planning on doing another before too long, in a different color :)

Anybody here on Ravelry? :)

I'm on Ravelry, though I haven't updated there in ages.

I'm Spikewriter on Ravelry and I'm happy there's a knitting community here as well (now if I can just hold out until the open beta...).

I'm on ravelry, although I update rarely. Mostly I just hang out there in the spinning forums. I have a table runner and socks on the needles, (I always have socks on the needles--I like making my own socks!) and when one or the other is done, I move onto a shawl my daughter wants.

Cute hoodie. What size range do the instructions allow? (I don't see that info on the linked site.)

No worries--thanks for letting me know! 2T-12 sounds like excellent value for a pattern.

I am! right now I'm working on an intarsia wall hanging thing. I'm trying to use up some of my grandmother's stash of red heart.

I'm there (same nick); I'm trying to finish up a scarf for my son to justify going out this weekend and adding to the stash. The garden has been a major distraction.

I'm on ravelry but I'm not very active, especially with school this year :(

I'm over on Rav, too (Zeldaophelia there, too). I'm not that active, though, too much other stuff going on. :(

That cable hoodie is adorable! Makes me wish there was a kid in my life to knit for. One of these days I will make a clapotis, but it'll have to wait until I get my 15 bazillion other projects finished first. ;)

Oh, I've been meaning to make that for my three-year-old niece. How's it knitting up? It seems like a real cute pattern.

I'm also on Ravelry (I think I'm jennetj there, too), but don't post much - mostly just to ask questions. But I'm feeling terribly accomplished, as I just made an adorable felted sleeve for my netbook, so not only am I crafty, I'm geeky!

On Ravelry as "greenwitch" :D Currently working on the Totally Autumn throw, which is kind of awesome...

It's on knitty here (http://www.knitty.com/ISSUEfall07/PATTtotallyautumn.html). Fairly easy once you get the hang of the pattern!

I'm on Rav as "Kuri".

I'm impressed you were able to get through the endless stockinette of clapotis! I did a mini-version as a collar, and I don't think I'd be able to stand all the stockinette of a full version!

I'm Glace on Ravelry, too. My first project was an EZ Surplice Baby Sweater in Koigu PPM, and I'm finishing up an Irish Hiking Scarf in Malabrigo. I'm also starting to learn basic socks (on 2 circulars).
