Yarn Swap 2011 Message
Okay! I have everyone who opted in to the yarnswap this year.
Now, I need addresses to send to people and YOU need to leave comments on THIS POST on what you cannot have (i.e., wool allergies, pet free/smoke free, etc). I know some of you listed that when you opted in and I made a note of it, but it's always best to have further documentation.
You can either email me your addresses (that's sporky_rat@dreamwidth.org) or you can PM me.
I'll send out pairings by 10 December (I know, five days later than last year) so get me those addresses!

Already sent you my address!
Oh! A lot of my things have come in contact with my cats, who shed everywhere, so I probably shouldn't swap with someone who has allergies.
Also, if anyone spins I have some roving that I could part with.

(but I think that most of us are in that situation ;))

I do have a cat, but the yarn is kept in covered containers (if that matters--mild allergies okay, significant allergies best not.)

I've got no cats or other pets, and I don't smoke - so I'm good for those allergy peoples. - Also no allergies myself. :)

I have cats and ferrets, so best to avoid those allergies with me.
Thanks!

I have no pets and don't smoke, so I would be a good match for someone with those sensitivities.

I do have a pet that wanders around my stash sometimes -- Yorkshire Terrier, not a shedder, but may still cause problems for people who have allergies.

I also have a chemical sensitivity to artificial scents. So no yarn that's been sprayed with perfumes or air fresheners or febreeze, etc. since that will give me a rash too.
Any yarn that comes from me will likely come with cat hair, as I have three of them and they do shed quite a bit.
I have fibre I can swap if anyone else is so inclined.
No preferences for what I get in return. All colours/fibres are fine, keeping in mind the texture/scents issues.

In preferences, I generally don't use yarns that are less than 50% natural, and never knit with pink, just in case that's relevant!

Most of my yarn is natural-fiber, may include wool. Some has unknown antecedents (i.e. got from a yard sale or thrift shop, could have been exposed to anything before I had it), all has been in my house with 2 cats (though typically stored in boxes in a room where the cats aren't allowed, so may be OK for someone with allergies depending on their sensitivity).

(Which sucks, cause I love it like puppies.)
