Does anyone read Polish?

I found the cutest pattern for a little dress on Ravelry, but it's in Polish. Is there anyone who can/would be willing to translate?

The only thing is there is one section at the top of page 2 that is still in Polish; it reads:

Okr. 5 : 4 op.
1 narzut, 2 o. razem na prawo, 9 o.p. - powtórz 5 razy,
1 narzut, 2 o. razem na prawo, 7 o.p.,
1 narzut, 2 o. razem na prawo, 9 o.p. - powtórz 5 razy,
1 narzut, 2 o. razem na prawo, 3 op.
. Markery pozostaw bez zmian.

Haaa, I knew I was forgetting something. I'd left that in there because I was getting the designer to verify that it was as I'd translated, and of course forgot to take it out. *facepalm*
