update on cables question

thanks for all the help!  I guess I was holding everything a little tightly because it was my first time out with dpns.  After I frogged the half dozen rows I had done, I tried again and it is working out just fine.  The yarn is not quite right for a cable pattern - it goes thick and thin - but I don't really care because these were practice and for me and I just love the yarn anyway!  Now I know to use it for other things LOL.  The pattern is a breeze, btw.
