Holiday Knitting

 Anyone else feeling the time crunch on their gift knitting? Two gifts in two weeks is totally doable, right??

I am definitely feeling the crunch and am very lucky that the recipients and I have a Deadline Amnesty agreement -- there are gifts! they will be done...soonish! but not necessarily by Christmas.

That’s smart! I should have started with the kid presents and ended with the adults that can make deals like that :)

Yes! I thankfully only had one knit gift to make this year, but I still have about a 1/3 left of it to go. Hoping I'll be able to slip it underneath the tree in time!

I've got a few presents left to knit - 3 golf club covers for my mom, and one of those bow-style scarves for BF's mom. We have a 6-hour drive to and from BF's parents' house, though, so that'll be enough time to take care of the scarf on the way there, and knock out the club covers on the way back. Hurrah for worsted weight!

Car knitting is life saving when knitting on a deadline - less ways of being distracted by side projects and household stuff!

I’m just going to sit here and be impressed at all y’all - I just sent off the hat that I started knitting as a gift two(? three? I’ve lost track) years ago :p

BUT I FINISHED IT AND IT IS GREAT
