Trouble in Chart C!

aedificaIs anyone else confused by row 7 of chart C? I just got to that point and I can't make it make sense to me--the written instructions don't mention anything about moving the stitch markers for this row, but the stitches won't come out right if I don't move each stitch marker one to the right when I come up to it.
I'm going to just start in and hope it comes out right. My concern is that the rest of the pattern might be one stitch sideways of where it's supposed to be.
Edited to correct which row--I had written row 5, but it's row 7.
Update: I kept going and it does come out right. I was confused because in chart B the written instructions state two rows where one has to move stitch markers, but the written instructions for chart C don't say anything about it. But it works, so all's well.
