The first option available (sport organic merino) in the etsy listing should work; it has more stitches per inch than the recommended yarn, so as long as you buy the same yardage, you should have a little more than enough. You'll need at least two skeins of the etsy yarn, but if you intend to make them longer, you might want to get a third.
