I learned to knit from a YouTube video, and it seems I do it Continental. I don't "throw" the yarn. However, I've been told I'm doing something wrong that confuses me. When I purl I scoop up the front of the stitch, but when I knit I scoop up the back of the stitch. Any advice on what I'm supposed to be doing? Apparently something about this is backward.
