You're definitely not the only one! I can't wait to make the little duck feet socks, and I'm going to have to play with the summit pattern - I can't get my head around it.
Summit is the one that really caught my eye--I saw the sweater she's talking about at the Sock Summit, and I'm duly impressed. Though now the stitch pattern's been worked out, I'm tempted to knit a cardigan with it, instead of a shawl.
