I've wanted to try double knitting for a while now & when I found this pattern I had to try. It took a while, but It's finally done! Not perfect, but not bad for my first try. When I can manage it I may do V's piano scarf this way, this technique is really fun.

Date: 2010-10-02 01:33 pm (UTC)No. If anything, I'd call it an anti-favorite. I had extremely poor luck with the Extreme Socks--details at Ravelry--but maybe that was just me. Beyond that, I've only done some practice pieces. I really want to try using double knitting for knit-in pockets. Maybe on a cardigan. I need more cardigans.
