Anybody else interested in a yarn swap for the 'End of the Year' Festivities?

Swapping out a skein or ball of yarn with someone else is always entertaining, really, and a good chance to try out something new! (Or get rid of that yarn you can't remember what you bought it for.....)

That sounds pretty darn awesome. I want in. Read your recent post. Just wondering whether you people are mostly in the US and it'll be tricky? I'm in the UK. You didn't mention that in rules. It sounds pretty awesome. Postage takes a while overseas at this time of year so I'd feel a bit bad if I sent a package to someone and it didn't get there til half-way through January...
Anyway, hope it's okay for me to join. I'm totally up for it.

Yarnie requests/ ideas:
I love insane colours of yarn, not a big fan of 100% acrylic (have way too much of it in my stash) but fine with part-acrylic part-whatever. I'm not intolerant to any fibres unless they're related to latex/ PVC/ rubber (nasty skin reactions) - I don't think there's that much PVC yarn out there!

Anyone not in the US will be given a reasonable extension. (I completely understand the long mail times from the UK to the US; I've got cousins there that mail me junk food!)

But in the US, they have Vegan/ veggie dairy-free junk food! I got some yummy stuff in a hippie swap from the US a few years back and still remember it longingly. :) We have this shop here now http://www.cybercandy.co.uk/ but the goodies in it are too pricey to eat imho.

Anyway, thanks a lot. I've posted about this swap on my own journal so hopefully some more people will come in. Does it have to be just the one ball of yarn, no needles or anything? Ooh, testing the imagination then. :)
