A quandary

It looks like spun metal and feels like petting a bunny. I don't think I have ever seen a yarn that really looks like twisted wire and feels so soft! It's 67% merino, 33% nylon. Naturally I could not resist and bought a couple of balls—a bit more than a hundred yards each. And now, I have to decide what to knit with it.
I'm basically making scarves (and possibly also hats) for Christmas, and exploring a few fun and funky patterns along the way, but I'd like to figure out how to make the best and prettiest use of this yarn. Does anyone have any suggestions for a pattern that would show off the metallic-ness of it? I had a look on Ravelry but couldn't find the yarn at all, possibly it is very new.
